An academic library is often regarded as the central organ of the institution. It is the heart of institution, and the central workshop of all academic activities. The resources of academic libraries are often advanced and very selected. Many academic libraries also have subject specialists who are in charge of the various branch libraries of for specialized reference centers devoted to individual fields
